Eventually we realised there were so many projects of such a diverse nature that we had to explain it all somehow.

VR Leadership Training: The Body Swap Experience

Several participants from several countries were assembled in five different locations with identical, specialised virtual reality hardware setups. Each had their body image and personal characteristics swapped in a significant way, looked in a mirror to perceive the difference, then role-played a critical business discussion in a virtual boardroom. Afterwards, they reflected on the differences in their behaviour and that of their colleagues when their visual appearance was thus altered. (video link)
